Supporting the Future of Agriculture: TxDAS’ Community Outreach Initiative
At Texas Dumpsters and Services (TxDAS), we’re passionate about giving back to the communities we serve. Recently, we had the opportunity to support Central Texas youth through our sponsorship of an upcoming FFA event in Leander, Texas. As a buckle sponsor, we’re excited to be a part of this important event that promotes agricultural education and leadership development among young people.
But our commitment to supporting local youth didn’t stop there. On Saturday, we joined the Leander crew at a jackpot show event in Thorndale, Texas, where they were competing on behalf of Leander ISD. It was an incredible experience, and we were thrilled to see the dedication and hard work of these young individuals as they showcased their skills in the show ring.
As we spent the day with the team, we were reminded of the importance of investing in the next generation of agricultural leaders. These young people are the future of our industry, and it’s essential that we provide them with the support and resources they need to succeed. That’s why we were proud to provide each member of the team with a TxDAS hat and coozie, as well as some cash to cover food and other expenses for the day.
We believe that every little bit counts, and we hope that our contribution will help make a positive impact on the lives of these young people. Whether it’s providing financial support or simply showing up to cheer them on, we’re committed to being a part of their journey.
As we watched the team compete in Thorndale, we were struck by the sense of community and camaraderie that pervades the world of agriculture.
